• Two twin day beds that double as a seating area

BATHROOMS:

• 2 full batch, Master with jetted tub, walk in shower, dual vanity. Jack and Jill bath with shower/tub combo
• Public Goods shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap
• Fluffy bath towels and hair dryer and flat iron in the master bath

LAUNDRY:

• Washer & dryer in the home
• Laundry pods provided
• Iron & iron board provided

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Covered porch with plenty seating for the family to gather and take in some fresh air and watch the neighbors walk their dogs. The fenced in backyard is great for small dogs to explore while you grill veggie kabobs and hamburgers. On cold nights roast marshmallows over a gas lit fire pit.

Note: We have security cameras in the front of the house keeping an eye on the entrance. In the back of the home we have a camera facing the side of the house (there is a camera on the smart lock) and a ring flood light keeping an eye on the gated entrance.

THINGS TO KNOW:

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by paying for a half day. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until the day of check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in won't be possible.

LATE CHECKOUT
To guarantee late check-out, an additional fee will be applied. If there is a guest checking in the day of your departure or if we have scheduled maintenance, late check-out won't be possible.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Therefore, we do not offer luggage drop off.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
We are open to hosting additional guests, human and knine, beyond the stated limit for an additional fee. Please reach out for details.

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS
We are happy to ship any left behind items for the cost of shipping plus an additional $15 service fee.

• Access the house via smart lock system on front door
• Unique access code will be provided with detailed check in instructions 24 hours before check in
• Access to the garage using the control panel on the wall in the garage only.

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance if required .

Northshore Walkabout is ideally located to the fabulous attractions in Northshore and downtown Chattanooga. Many attractions are within walking distance or a short drive away.

Northshore Walkabout is located in an area where walking is easy. If you have to travel farther out, or would prefer not to walk, then there is ample parking for your car and Chattanooga is a driving friendly city. If you are driving downtown, on street parking can be limited during university events.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur an additional cleaning fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.

PET POLICY:

1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the yard and throw it away (in a bag and put in the trash bin that is in the front of the house at the bottom of the stairs)
6. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the backyard
7. Dog will be supervised at all times
8. If left alone, dogs must be crated
9. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
