Welcome to Southside Elegance, where modern luxuries of a finely-appointed townhouse meet the rich historical tapestry of Chattanooga's locomotive heritage—a home where families can gather, laugh, and create memories that last a lifetime.

Southside Elegance is suited for larger families to come together and just hangout while also providing areas to find peace and quiet. Between the warm embrace of the infrared sauna or the pool table in the game room we have something for everyone.

COMMON HOUSE ACCESS:

• 21+ social club access to all their amenities; pool, co-working space, gym, podcasting booth and more.
• 1 Day pass per adult with 3 night minimum stay
• Kiddos are welcome in the dining room during brunch on Saturdays from 10-2pm

GUEST PARKING: 3 vehicles max allowed

• 1 car garage - It looks like it may fit two, but it really fits one
• EV charger for electric cars
• 1 car can fit sideways in the drive behind the garage
• Additional parking onsite in front of the main walkway and other shared spaces - refer to pictured diagram

SLEEPING:

• Master Bedroom: KING sized bed, Queen sized pull out sofa, reading area, on suite bath connected to sauna room, blackout curtains, humidifier, fan
• Third Floor Bedroom: Two full sized beds, blackout curtains, sound machine, on suite bath
• First Floor Bedroom: Queen sized bed, closet, blackout curtains, sound machine, access to first floor bath

THINGS TO KNOW:

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
We are at the mercy of the calendar! The only way to guarantee early check-in is by paying for a half day. If you want to take a gamble, you can wait until the day of check-in to see if our schedule allows it. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, early check-in won't be possible.

LATE CHECKOUT
To guarantee late check-out, an additional fee will be applied. If there is a guest checking in the day of your departure or if we have scheduled maintenance, late check-out won't be possible.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Therefore, we do not offer luggage drop off.

MINI BAR
We offer many complimentary items in the house including snack. We also offer mini-bar items such as sodas and sweet frozen treats. Each of these items will incur an additional fee (price list displayed in the house).

ADDITIONAL GUESTS
We are open to hosting additional guests, human and knine, beyond the stated limit for an additional fee. Please reach out for details.

LEFT BEHIND ITEMS
We are happy to ship any left behind items for the cost of shipping plus an additional $15 service fee.

• Access the house via smart lock system on front door and garage door
• Smart garage keypad. Can also access the garage using the control panel on the wall.
• Unique access code will be provided with detailed check in instructions 24 hours before check in

We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

• No 10 Steak house is in the Burnside community. Grab a steak dinner and have one of their amazing cocktails
• 3 minute drive to restaurants, bars, art galleries and more n Main Street
• Hop, ship and jump away (1 minute drive) from popular brewery Odd Story
• 3 minute drive to Sculpture Fields at Montague Park
• 9 minute drive to the Aquarium
• 9 Minutes to Art District with Hunter Museum

Southside Elegance is centrally located and a quick Uber ride to many of the attractions the Chattanooga has to officer. Street parking and paid parking lots are easily found throughout the city.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside the home, on the deck or front porch, violation will incur a $500 fine + any additional cleaning fees and damages. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking.

PET POLICY:

1. We do not allow dogs on the furniture.
2. We allow two dogs per stay and no visiting pups beyond the two dogs for a flat rate of $150
3. We do not allow puppies as they typically still in the training stages
4. Dogs must potty and poop outside. We do not allow potty pads to be used inside
5. Dog must be taken to potty in the dog park are. Per our HOA dogs are not allowed to poop or pee in the front yards
6. Owners must pick up their pet poop from the dog park area and throw it away (there is a trash can in the dog park area and dumpsters are in the front of the community)
7. Dogs must be leashed, when not in the dog park area
8. Dog will be supervised at all times
9. If left alone, dogs must be crated
10. Owner is responsible & liable for all damages caused by their dog(s). We provide cleaning supplies, should your pet have an accident.
